Salary: $ 42,000 / Annually
Schedule: Monday to Friday | Day Shift Only | No Weekends

Holiday Bonus: Discretionary up to $1,000 annual holiday bonus for full-time employees (prorated by start                                            date and paid based on active service)

Headquartered in Mitchell, Ontario—a rural community in Perth County near Stratford and centrally located to London and Kitchener—we are a Health Canada licensed, FDA approved, and HACCP certified facility.

We are currently seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented individual to fill an open position on our Quality
Control team as a Sampling Technician.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for sampling incoming raw materials and selecting finished products to ensure quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sample and identify incoming raw materials using NIR
  • Prepare and organize composite and individual samples
  • Maintain and clean the sampling room and equipment
  • Complete all documentation (receiving forms, logs, etc.)
  • Handle stability and R&D samples and coordinate transfers
  • Perform annual water sampling at Site C
  • Lift and move up to 25 kg bags/drums
  • Operate or be trained to operate a forklift
  • Other duties as assigned by the QC Manager

What You Bring

  • A high school diploma is required; a College diploma is an asset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Willingness to train for forklift operation
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
