Night Shift Production Operator/Worker

Bio Agri Mix LP is a leading Canadian manufacturer of animal feed medicants and other animal health care products for 40 years. It is in Mitchell, ON, a rural community situated in Perth County close to Stratford, and centrally located to London, and Kitchener. Bio Agri Mix LP is a Health Canada licensed, FDA approved, and HACCP certified manufacturer of medicated feed additives serving the Canadian market.   We are seeking ambitious individuals as Permanent Full-Time Production Operators/Workers for our 12-hour Night shift.

Benefits:

Starting hourly rate – $20.00/per hour

Straight shifts – Currently not rotating

Night Shift Times – 7 pm to 7 am – Monday to Friday (4 -12-hour shifts)

Night shift premium – $1.00 / per hour paid when working on the night shift.

Overtime – 1.5 x hourly rate paid after working more than 40 hours in a workweek.

Holiday Bonus: $1,000 bonus for Full-time active employees. It will be pro-rated based on your start date and active employment days. This bonus will be paid in late December.

Requirements:

• Experience in an industrial environment an asset

• High School Diploma

• Able to manually lift 25 – 30 kgs. (Roughly 50 to 65 lbs.)

• Lead Operator experience is an asset

• Strong attendance record

Applicants for this position will need to demonstrate the ability to:

• Accurately document operating parameters

• Capable of writing clearly and able to perform basic mathematical functions

• Understand, follow, and exhibit attention to detail with written procedures

• Exhibit a positive attitude with the focus on manufacturing quality material

• Show initiative, and be a dependable team member

Duties Include:

• Batch manufacturing

• Maintain accurate and neat records to current GMP standards

• Perform manual physical labour duties on a continuous basis

• Perform maintenance and cleaning of production areas
