Inventory Control Coordinator – Full Time, Permanent (Day Shift)

Starting Salary:
from $50,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

We are currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Inventory Control Coordinator to join our Administration team to fill an open position.

Position Overview

The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for managing the receipt, transfer, and tracking of inventory with precision, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with company standards. This role plays a critical part in supporting manufacturing operations and financial reporting by maintaining the integrity of inventory data.


Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Accurately process and record shipments of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
  • Product Costing: Calculate and maintain costing for BAM (Bulk and Material) and custom-manufactured products to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Product Transfers: Process inventory transfers for released products and retest of raw materials
  • Adjustments & Reconciliation: Manage product adjustments and resolve discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
  • Batch Records: Processes BAM & Custom Manufacturing batch records, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Year-End Inventory: Lead and reconcile the year-end inventory count process, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure accurate reporting

Qualifications

  • Education: Successful completion of secondary school education
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a similar accounting or clerical role (preferred)

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Experience with Sage 300 (preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Reliable, professional, and a collaborative team player
  • Able to work independently and manage competing deadlines
  • Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to team success
