Granulated Medications for the Canadian Feed Industry
This Workbook is designed to estimate costs and to provide some basis for comparing alternative therapies economically.
The initial step in using this program is to input the feed drug costs which are available to you.
(Go To "Feed Drugs Costs" sheet).
Following this you may calculate the cost of a specific feed drug feed to a group of pigs over a period of time (Go To "Specific Drug Calculation" sheet)
Or, you may calculate the cumulative cost of using several different drugs in a grow-out situation (Go To "Calculation for Grow Period" sheet)
Please be aware that the inputs that refer to weight parameters require that the user input values in pounds (lb). The resultant calculations will express metric tonnes (1000kg)
